This is a full-time in office position. Perform detailed project cost estimate using estimating software such as HCSS. Solicit sub-contractor pricing and bids for different trades in preparation of cost estimate. Review progress and construction documents for constructability. Lead and participate in discussion regarding alternate detail and materials for specific areas or trades. Provide and present value engineering options and costs.Coordinate administrative staff in sending documents to vendors.QualificationsCollege degree in Engineering or Construction Management.Local knowledge of the industry. Salary rates may vary for different individuals in the same role based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and performance.
