Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate CNC programs

Create, set up, and test CNC programs for machining equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency

Troubleshoot programming and machining issues that arise during production and implement effective solutions

Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards

Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and cross-functional team members to meet production goals

Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including working knowledge of G-code

Experience with CAD/CAM software

Solid understanding of machining, tooling, and material handling techniques

Attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards
