Entry- Level Recruiter

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in Talent Acquisition and looking to build a strong foundation. In this role, you'll focus heavily on coordinating interviews, supporting candidate communication, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition

Strong communicator who can build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders

Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars

Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms

Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed

Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process

Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes
