DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive.

What You'll Do As a DSP, you will support individuals in living independently while honoring their choices, goals, and dignity. Your role will include:

Assisting with daily living activities based on individual needs

Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy

Supporting participation in community activities and meaningful experiences

Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment

Schedule Varied shifts available throughout the week

Flexibility is required

Compensation $21.00 per hour

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Who We're Looking For Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and dependable

At least 1 year of experience supporting or caring for individuals with disabilities (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Additional Requirements (upon hire): Resume

Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray

Physical exam documentation

First Aid/CPR certification (if available; training provided)

Proof of education

Two forms of ID (for I-9 verification)

Two professional references (including email and fax number)
