What You'll Do
As a Dishwasher at Bamboo Sushi, you'll play a critical role in the success of the restaurant. You'll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while supporting both BOH and FOH teams throughout service.
Responsibilities include:
Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining clean and organized workstations
Following all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
