Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is a national nonprofit that provides
community-based alternatives to youth incarceration and residential placement.
Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, YAP partners with youth
justice, child welfare, behavioral health, and education systems to deliver
individualized, wraparound services that keep youth safely in their homes and
communities.

YAP’s model focuses on building strong relationships with youth and families,
connecting them to local resources, and supporting positive life outcomes
directly in the community to help participants develop skills, meet goals, and
strengthen family and community connections

Status: Part Time Hourly

Summary of the Position: The Program Coordinator is responsible for direct
support for the Johnson County program and Program Director.

* Coordinate daily program operations and administrative activities to support
