Position: HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist

Be the dedicated HR leader supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Exposure to all aspects of the business, from field operations to corporate leadership
Stable pipeline of multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, and renovation projects

Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities
Manage employee relations matters and workplace concerns
Maintain and administer HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)
Assist with HRIS implementation and system transition projects
Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs
Maintain HR compliance and personnel records
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Manage offboarding and termination processes
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience serving as a standalone HR professional or lead HR resource
Employee Relations
Performance Management
HR Compliance
Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, BambooHR, or similar systems
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Experience implementing or transitioning HRIS systems
