Human Resources Coordinator Flatrock Manor | Full-Time | Join a Growing Team!
Are you passionate about people, recruiting, and creating a positive workplace culture? Flatrock Manor is looking for an organized, energetic, and compassionate Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll help support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and daily HR operations while making a real impact on both staff and residents.

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED
Degree in business and concentrating in human resources, preferred
Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
