Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Miami law firm seeking a commercial litigation associate. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience , including managing complex, high-stakes matters in State and Federal Courts through trial . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, well respected litigation team. Matters include commercial disputes, class actions, hospitality, shareholder and corporate conflicts, and real estate and construction litigation. Handle litigation from inception through trial and appeal
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Run cases with minimal supervision
JD from an accredited law school with strong academics

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Trial prep, case management, and drafting experience preferred
