Head of Product Marketing Management

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of brand or product marketing experience, including a strong focus on brand management fundamentals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management responsibilities such as developing timelines and key milestones.
• Experience using consumer insights and translating those insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
• Prior experience managing agencies, developing digitally focused marketing plans, and exposure to retail environments is preferred.
• Experience and understanding of shopper marketing and managing retail customer relationships.
• Ability to present strong, real-world examples of personally driving innovation and using sound business judgment to explore new opportunities while identifying lean, agile solutions.
• Fluency in English.
