Head of Operations & Business Management

The Operations Director is responsible for  day-to-day branch operations , administrative oversight, and financial performance.
The Director partners closely with clinical, business development, and administrative teams to meet performance targets related to revenue, hours of care, compliance, and patient experience.

Compensation: $70-80k base plus a 20% performance-based bonus potential.

• Ensures branch compliance with all federal, state, and local home care regulations.
• Works with clinical leadership to support quality care outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred).

• 2–3 years of management or operations experience.
• Strong organizational, financial, and people management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Home care, healthcare, or service-based operations experience.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, or revenue-driven performance.
