Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector I

We're looking for detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in verifying product performance, identifying issues, and helping ensure every unit meets company and industry standards before it reaches the customer. We offer competitive pay, with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts, along with opportunities to expand your technical skills in quality assurance, electrical testing, and product troubleshooting.

Job Duties

Perform functional testing on completed products

Verify products meet all specified quality and performance requirements

Conduct physical and functional inspections of electrical and mechanical components

Operate testing stations and associated equipment

Troubleshoot and assist in repairing faulty components and systems

Review production orders and product specifications

Verify compliance with agency approvals and quality standards

Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve product performance

Document testing results and inspection findings

Perform other manufacturing and quality-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
• 13 years of manufacturing, testing, quality assurance, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or related experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Ability to stand and move throughout the workday

Comfortable working around electrical testing equipment

Ability to safely work in a high-voltage power station environment

Ability to perform repetitive inspections and testing procedures with accuracy
