Salesperson for Retail Sales

Passionate about sales? Don's Appliances is seeking an Appliances Sales Associate role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to help customers find the perfect appliances for their homes and all sales activities, from lead generation through to close of the sale. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client's expectations.

* We anticipate the first year income to be $80K+ - $100K+ after the 2nd year for committed sales associates.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customer needs and provide customers assistance in locating and purchasing merchandise in showrooms, online, and processing special orders by phone or in person
Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Demonstrating the features and benefits of various appliance models to guide customers in their purchasing decisions
Collaborating with the sales team to meet objectives and drive revenue growth
Ensure the showroom is presentable and clean
Achieve sales goals
Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Customer service orientation and a desire to help customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets, database and inventory software. Proficient use of phone systems and point of sale systems.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Saturday and Sunday hours are mandatory.
High school diploma, or GED
Previous retail or customer service experience
Previous sales /appliance sales experience preferred
