Functions under supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.

Ability to effectively communicate response to treatment intervention to residents, family, and other team members.

Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.

~ This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
