Associate Attorney - Remote/Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Remote (Georgia-based), Court appearances in Savannah area
Employment Type: Full-time; part-time will be considered
HarrisLoftus, PLLC is a fast-growing law firm representing national clients across multiple states. We partner with financial institutions and other creditors to resolve consumer and commercial debt through professional, compliant, and results-driven legal processes.
While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be able to attend court appearances in the Savannah, Georgia area as needed.
Represent clients in creditors’ rights and collection litigation matters in Georgia

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Georgia (required)
• 1–3 years of legal experience (collections or litigation preferred)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Willingness and ability to travel to Georgia courts as needed
