Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional clinical team in Fairfield County, CT. If you're passionate about nursing and value building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients, this opportunity is for you.

As an Affirmed LPN, you'll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus entirely on your patientwithout the fast-paced demands of a facility setting. Sign-on and referral bonuses

Weekly direct deposit

Quick case placement with flexible scheduling

Ongoing clinical and administrative support from a team that values expertise

Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred)

Active Connecticut LPN license
