Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Temporary
Salary Range: $22.50 - $23.18 per hour

Kings View is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service duties. This role supports daily program operations while maintaining professionalism, organization, and compliance with program procedures.
Provide clerical, administrative, and reception support
Maintain administrative and consumer records
Perform data entry and typing functions proficiently
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and post payments
Prepare financial and reinstatement charts as needed
Process monthly client billing and prepare deposits
Enter attendance and program data daily
Maintain filing systems and office organization
Maintain working knowledge of program policies and compliance standards
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year experience in an administrative or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Typing and/or 10-key skills
Strong organizational and customer service skills
