Head of Operations **URGENT**

ABOUT THE ROLE The primary focus of the Transmission Operations Manager is to oversee business operations by providing effective methods of day-to-day operations, maintain and develop client relationships, estimate work, and recruit/develop personnel for ongoing and future projects, and act as a point of contact for other managers within the company.

Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects
Pursue business growth opportunities
Advise staff of company policy expectations
Coordinate employee performance reviews
Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU Qualifications 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager (or similar) position within the electrical construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (15+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry)
Strong leadership and team building skills
