Head of Operations (Remote)

To support a growing AI-driven company, the full-time Manager of Revenue Operations will manage revenue infrastructure optimization, oversee Salesforce administration, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a remote capacity.
Own and continuously improve revenue funnel processes, including lead management and sales cycle workflows
2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong Salesforce administration skills, including building and troubleshooting flows and managing data integrity
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams in an operational capacity
Self-starter mentality with a genuine interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
