Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory assessments-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology-following established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, address any issues, and manage preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Meticulously document all lab protocols, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining the highest lab quality standards.
Ensure a tidy and safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
