HR Recruiting Generalist - REMOTE

We're looking for a DFW-based HR Generalist I to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with managers, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS processes
Answer employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and programs
Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
Help administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR
Hybrid work environment (up to 3 remote days per week)
Business casual dress code
