Associate Compliance Counsel - REMOTE

We are seeking an Associate Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance to join our Legal team at our Pittsburgh headquarters. In this highly visible role, you will provide legal guidance on securities law compliance, corporate governance matters, and public company disclosure obligations while supporting the Corporate Secretary function.
