Process Engineering Manage

Job Details Job Location: Engineering Canton MA - Canton, MA 02021 Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year
The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting in establishing processes and methodologies to enable the manufacture of products through all product development phases and support those products once released to manufacturing. Some of these projects include application specific general-purpose servers, general purpose base servers platforms, integration of special purpose PCI cards, software applications, tools and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for multi-tasking and providing engineering support across multiple products.
Assist in development of work instructions for manufacturing test / assembly processes.
Review and implement ECO’s for UEI & Contract Mfg.
Assist in design and establish processes for manufacturing / test.
Perform calibration of process equipment per ISO requirements.
Perform mechanical rework in support of engineering change orders.
Review Bill Of Materials (BOM) for ECO sign off.

BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
1 -3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering environment
Ability to evaluate, document and educate on required manufacturing operating work instructions, processes and process control plans.
Ability to follow all applicable Business Management System (BMS) processes
Management Competencies: Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
