Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine (no OB)

Job Opportunity: Locum Family Practice Physician

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients.

Perform EKG interpretations and disability exams as part of occupational medicine.

Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and follow-up.

Maintain a day shift schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

See an average of 20 patients per day, with no call, inpatient duties, or additional coverage responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Experience in adult outpatient care is essential.

Proficiency in EKG interpretation is required.

Experience performing disability exams in an occupational medicine setting is preferred.

Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus.

Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting is preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

Active New Jersey Medical License (can be obtained prior to start).

BLS Certification is required.

NPDB Self-Query report to be pulled within 30 days of presentation is required.
