As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Assisting with other front desk duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone.
Comfortable using basic computer systems for reservations and payments.
Plus, you’ll be part of a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service.
