Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist entail:
Recruiting and staffing for all Illinois and Missouri locations
Unemployment claim processing and hearingsAssigning training and tracking course completion for parts employees at all locations
Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
HR reporting
CIT Trucks, LLC. Paid holidays and PTO
