Farmers Insurance - HANNA INSURANCE AGENCY in El Cajon or Alpine is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Insurance Representative.
Responsibilities
- -Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- -Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- -Process customer policy change requests.
- -Take premium payments from customers.
- -Answer incoming phone calls.
- -Return all phone messages promptly.
- -Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- -Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- -Generating insurance quotes
Requirements
- -Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- -Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- -Must have ability to multi-task.
- -Professional phone etiquette.
- -Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- -Great Customer Service Skills.
- -Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- -Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- -Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- -Currently hold or willing to obtain Personal or Property Casualty insurance license
