Senior Finance Recruiter

An established financial services organization is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join its team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent across multiple business functions, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing and operational positions. The recruiter will serve as a key liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding

Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms

Review applications and identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone screens and interviews

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Schedule and facilitate interviews throughout the hiring process

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Attend recruiting and networking events as needed

Assist with recruiting-related projects and process improvements

3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Experience recruiting high-volume customer service, sales, or operational positions preferred

Ability to recruit across multiple levels and business functions

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional presence and executive-level communication skills

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
