Remote Hospitality Recruiter

Recruiter Location: Miami, FL Work Model: Hybrid (onsite + remote) Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission

Position Summary A growing recruitment team in Miami is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on the hospitality sector. The Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure hiring needs are met with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support

Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hospitality and related industries

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and recruitment targets

Implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, networks, and industry channels

Maintain accurate and organized candidate documentation within ATS and internal systems

Participate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings as needed

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and employer branding

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience

Full cycle recruitment expertise required

Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred

Hospitality industry recruitment experience is highly desirable

Comfortable working in a hybrid role with time split between office and remote work

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Strong communicator, negotiator, and brand ambassador
