What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on both clients and candidates. You will execute the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional positions for a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include: Managing complete direct‑hire recruiting cycles from sourcing to placement Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities Conducting candidate interviews and matching them with client organizations Delivering results with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment About you Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
