Learn more about our innovative approach at Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Staffing Recruiter, based in Miami, FL, with partial remote work flexibility. The Staffing Recruiter will handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing and hiring candidates for temporary placements, coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs, and maintaining ongoing communication with both candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction. The recruiter will also work collaboratively with the team to develop effective staffing strategies that meet business requirements. Regular reporting on hiring metrics and ensuring compliance with company standards are also key responsibilities.
