You'll enjoy the independence of leading the clinic's medical practice without practicing alone, supported every day by skilled APPs and a dedicated clinical team. COMPENSATION & INCENTIVE PACKAGE

Year one guarantee: $270,000
Year two production average: $330,000

PRACTICE DETAILS

You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 50 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.
Panel: 100% established, outpatient only
Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. All employees in this role are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
