Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal – Chicago, IL Salary: $60,000–$75,000+ (depending on experience)

A growing national plaintiff-side, class-action law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to representing individuals in complex and high-impact litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience and strong organizational, communication, and case management skills. Experience supporting personal injury, negligence, mass tort, or related litigation matters is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with clients and assist with case updates and information gathering.
Prepare, review, and exchange discovery requests, responses, and authorizations.
Obtain, organize, and manage medical records and other case-related documentation.
Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts.
Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Assist with administrative and case management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with personal injury, negligence, mass tort, or related litigation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing medical records is a plus.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
