Evening/Weekend Home Care Registered Nurse
BrightStar Care of Salt Lake City East
This position will serve the Davis and Weber County area and occasional outlying areas.

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN:
Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting.
REQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN:
Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
