A valid and current Florida RN License.

At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience.

Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.

Active Level II Fingerprint Screening.

As a Home Health RN, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized, high-quality care, including:

Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs.

Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being.

Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with our in-office case managers.

Empowering patients and their families with essential health instructions, coaching, and counsel.
