Urology Physician | Outside of Chicago | Northwest IN
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00
A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This is an excellent opportunity to step into strong surgical volume, access robotic technology, and help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market.
700,000–$800,000 base salary plus RVU production bonuses
- $50,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance
- Robotic surgery available with access to two robotic systems and modern ORs
- Strong surgical volume supported by an established referral base
- Flexible practice structure with clinic and OR mix based on physician preference
- Subspecialty interests welcomed while maintaining a general urology scope
- Growing employed program — opportunity to help shape the future of the practice
