Title: Personal Injury Paralegal (Hybrid) Salary: $60,000 - 90,000, based on experience

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who is a proactive self-starter, passionate about supporting injured clients, and excited to manage cases from intake through resolution while working closely on a team. 15 PTO Days + Firm-observed holidays
- Firm pays 80% of the employee’s medical insurance premium

Manage litigation files from initial filing through trial, including deadlines, case files, and maintaining an accurate case management system
Coordinate litigation support tasks such as depositions, medical record requests, mediations, and trial preparation
Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills; draft medical chronologies and timelines
Draft litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition notices
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers via letters, emails, and phone
Conduct legal research and provide general litigation support to attorneys
2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Experience managing cases from pre-litigation through litigation
- An ability to draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
~ Bonus Experience:
Experience using Needles/NEOS case management software
Prior personal injury experience in Texas
The position is located remotely in Texas. Relocation Assistance is not offered for this position.
