Technical Program Manager (Application/Data Modernization)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Application Modernization, Data Modernization, and Legacy Transformation Programs. The ideal candidate should have successfully led large-scale modernization initiatives involving Mainframe, Data Migration, Cloud, and Modern Database platforms while working with global/offshore teams.
Required Experience
Application & Data Modernization Programs
Mainframe to Modern Platform Transformations
Large-Scale Data Migration (Millions/Billions of Records)
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
Experience working with distributed/global teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on understanding of modernization architecture and data migration frameworks
