AI Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating the operations, scaling, and delivery readiness of ValueMomentum’s AI Engineering Practice. This role serves as the connective tissue across delivery pods, internal R&D efforts, hiring pipelines, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring that both internal goals and client-facing demands are met with consistency and velocity. You’ll lead workforce planning, pod rotations, internal enablement, and coordination across functions, helping transform the practice from startup mode into a scalable delivery engine. Key Responsibilities Manage planning and staffing of AI delivery pods across US and India Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and internal pod rotations for engineers Track demand from client engagements and align pod readiness to project timelines Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure proactive pipeline management across regionsMaintain practice-level planning dashboards and resource forecasts Serve as liaison between AI & Emerging Tech leadership, TSCs, and Delivery leads Support integration of governance processes, reusable IP tracking, and maturity milestones Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements in pod delivery workflows Qualifications 6+ years of program/project management experience in a tech, consulting, or delivery organization Proven ability to manage hybrid or global engineering teams across time zones Familiarity with AI/ML development cycles, delivery rhythms, or agile models Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and business audiences Bonus: experience coordinating GenAI, agentic, or cloud-native delivery initiatives Preferred Attributes Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and scaling environments Comfortable balancing structure with flexibility during rapid growth phases Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative in cross-functional settings Passionate about building high-performing teams and sustainable operating models About ValueMomentum As the largest standalone IT services company focused on insurance, we are uniquely positioned to be the partner of choice for insurance companies looking to transform their business and better serve their customers.
