Warehouse Worker II

The Warehouse Worker II plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing and processing shipments, and ensuring that all goods are handled safely and efficiently. Ultimately, the Warehouse Worker II contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and internal stakeholders.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment with demonstrated skills in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and picking/packing.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Basic computer skills to use inventory management software.

Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.

Perform accurate inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems.

Handle shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and preparing outgoing shipments according to company standards.

Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines.

Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods within the facility.
