Job Description An Occupational Therapist Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provision of

IMPLEMENTATION: Is responsible for coordinating and implementing Occupational
Therapy treatment services and assures multidisciplinary service in coordination with

TRAINING: Educates new staff on the agency's goals and ensures that all staff have

Bachelor's Degree (graduates of qualified Occupational Therapy program prior to 2004),
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Successfully completed and graduated from an accredited entry-level occupational
therapy program recognized by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy
Certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy.
Currently licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
