Business Planning Strategist

Assist in the execution of cross-discipline projects that enhance Company's resilience, including crisis management, business continuity, and employee well-being.
Program Development & Implementation: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of global/corporate-level crisis management programs and their integration with other resilience disciplines.
Project Management: Undertake specific projects related to business resilience (crisis management and business continuity) program strategy, governance, response structures, and training for senior executives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with function-level (HR, Legal, etc.) teams to support crisis planning and execution.
Continuous Improvement: Help launch global initiatives that integrate lessons learned from exercises and real-world crises into program enhancements.
Quality Assurance: 5-6+ years of experience in crisis management, enterprise risk management, or related fields.

• Experience collaborating with senior-level internal/external business executives.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and chat-based AI tool usage for daily work.
• Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated use of AI in driving impactful project work in previous roles.
• Background in business transformation or change management is a plus.
• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
