Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities As a Food Attendant, you will,

Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 7:00pm - 3:00am | Pay: $15 + opportunity to earn tips

Provides fast, friendly, and professional service to both guests and team members.

Greets and welcomes each guest warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

Assists guests promptly at the food cart, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.

Maintains proper documentation of orders, payments, and any special requests.

Monitors product availability and communicates with team members to ensure items are stocked and ready.

Keeps the food cart and surrounding area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.

Supports dining room operations by assisting servers and bussers as needed (e.g., refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, attending to guest needs).

Completes all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of shift.

Promotes current casino events and programs, providing accurate directions and information to guests.

Delivers a warm farewell by thanking guests, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and encouraging continued play.

Requirements Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.

Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.

Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Excellent customer service/communication skills.

Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
