Maternal Fetal Medicine and its affiliates Carnegie Imaging for Women, and Carnegie Women's Health is looking for a Human Resources Manager. We are an OBGYN/High Risk Medical Practice located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Works in tandem with Accounting and Payroll to ensure the smooth administration of the bi-weekly payroll system; Scheduling management conferences with employees
establishing personal networks; Works in tandem with unit managers to complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; Maintains job results by counseling managers on managing and disciplining employees.
File workers compensation claims and ADA accommodations.
Understanding of organizational systems, performance management, and continuous improvement approaches.
Exceptional listening, writing, presenting, and facilitation skills; Advanced planning, prioritization, and time management; Effective coaching and performance management-including yearly progress reviews.

May require occasional travel or overtime.
Ability to lift and move medical equipment and supplies up to 10 pounds
Manual ability for handling instruments and equipment.
Bachelor's Degree
