We’re partnered with an investment platform that operates across public and private investment funds and lending arms to build out their Investor Relations and Services team.
You’ll play a hands-on role will manage investor communications and reporting timelines. Exposure to private and public entities
Career growth in a firm actively expanding its investment footprint
Draft and manage investor letters, press releases, and performance updates
Support quarterly and annual regulatory filings across the platforms
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the firm's investment strategies and communicate such knowledge to client reports and updates
Maintain DDQs, RFPs, and investor decks with input from leadership and finance
Liaise with analysts for data pulls and report building
Prepare materials for investor events and select conference participation
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to obtain and group data for use in investor reports, marketing collateral, and other client communications.
4-7 years in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with quarterly reporting, DDQs, and performance updates
Background in Real Estate, credit, or structured finance is a plus
