Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during overnight shifts
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient cardiac status
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 18 months of Medical Surgical experience within the past 3 years
Current BLS certification
Current NIHSS certification
Demonstrated telemetry interpretation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
Familiarity with telemetry unit workflows and acuity levels
