Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Attorney - General Liability Associate for its Albany, NY office. The firm represents major national and regional companies and insurance carriers in various aspects of business counseling, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
Duties
Take and defend depositions.
Draft and argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- Experience in product liability, general liability, and/or insurance defense preferred.
Education
~ Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
~ Admitted to the New York State Bar.

~ Effective writing and strategic thinking.
