• $40k 50k+ Annually ($20/Hourly + Bonus/Contest)
• Fulltime (40hrs) (Predictable Scheduling across Morning, Evening, and Weekend Shifts)

Lead club tours that showcase the value of our facilities and inspire guests to commit to their fitness goals
Set daily appointments with prospects through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital leads
Maximize every opportunity upsell family add-ons, promote premium services, and turn casual conversations into committed members
Own your numbers you'll be expected to track your daily metrics and consistently meet performance targets
Drive community engagement by attending local events, collaborating with nearby businesses, and increasing brand awareness
Participate in team huddles, sales training, and mentorship sessions that keep you sharp and connected
