TA - Early Years

Looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for young children who is willing to work in a fast paced setting. Candidate must be able to make daily lesson plans communicate and work effectively with parents, staff members and children. Candidate must provide quality care and demonstrate skills and lesson plans to address developmental needs of children. Candidate must maintain a safe, clean, organized, care‑giving environment that assures the well‑being of the children. Candidate must model a positive, calm attitude toward the children and parents enrolled in our program. The position requires continuous professional development through training and evaluations. Assistant Teacher
Working in direct coordination with the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher leads children in classroom activities to promote child development in all areas: cognitive, social, emotional, physical and self‑care skills. The candidate will assist the teacher in setting individual children’s goals, developing lesson plans, and corresponding with parents; prepares materials and sets up daily activities. The candidate will ensure all classroom and center‑wide policies and procedures adhere to state, county and National Accreditation Commission (NAC) for Early Care and Education guidelines.
