Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver - Paid Training Provided

Pay: $1000 Signing Bonus & Weekly Pay

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications) We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill. No professional experience is necessary .

18 years old or older

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance

A High School Diploma or GED

We Value Your Experience Have you been an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one? We recognize that your skills in scheduling, advocating, and providing care are valuable, and we will train you to become a Direct Support Professional.

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.

Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
